Write to hello@waterdamageappleton.net. Include the date and time you called, the number you called from, and what happened. We reply within five business days.

About a company you were connected with

The work, the price and the contract belong to that company, so raise the problem with them first, in writing. Send us a copy at hello@waterdamageappleton.net as well. We pass every complaint to the partner network that routed the call, and a pattern of complaints affects whether that company keeps receiving calls.

If that does not settle it

Wisconsin's home improvement rule, ATCP 110, is enforced by the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Its Bureau of Consumer Protection takes complaints at datcp.wi.gov. Insurance disputes go to the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance at oci.wi.gov.
