Water Damage Appleton is a referral website. We are not a restoration company, a contractor, a plumber or an insurance adjuster, and we do not carry out any work in your home.

What happens when you call

The phone number on this site, (920) 672-1283, is a tracked number. When you call it, you hear a short recorded message and are asked to press 1. Your call is then passed to a partner network that connects it to an independent restoration company that has agreed to take calls from the Appleton area. You are asked to enter your zip code, then to press 1 for water damage, 2 for fire damage or 3 for mold, so the call reaches a company that covers your address. Calls may be recorded by us and by the network.

What happens when you send a form

If you fill in a form on this site, the details you enter are sent to a partner network and may be shared with one or more independent companies so that one of them can contact you.

How we are paid

We may be paid by the partner network when a call or form is referred. You pay us nothing. The companies you are connected with set their own prices, and what you pay them is between you and them.

What we do not do

We do not employ, supervise, license, inspect or guarantee the companies you are connected with. We do not choose a company for you on the basis of quality. Before you hire anyone, ask for proof of insurance and a written contract, and read the notes on cost and insurance in Wisconsin.

Calling or sending a form does not commit you to anything. You are free to hang up, to decline, and to hire any company you like, including one you find yourself.
