This policy covers waterdamageappleton.net. The site is a referral service: it passes calls and form requests to independent restoration companies through partner networks.

What is collected

• When you call. Your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the key you press. Calls may be recorded by us and by the partner network that connects you.
• When you send a form. What you type into it, usually your name, phone number, email, zip code and a description of the damage.
• When you browse. Standard analytics data such as the pages viewed, the type of device, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

Who receives it

Call and form details are shared with the partner networks that route them and with the independent companies that receive them, so that someone can contact you about the work. Analytics data is processed by our analytics provider. We do not sell your details to anyone for unrelated marketing.

How long it is kept

Call records and form submissions are kept for as long as needed to run the service and to settle any dispute about a referral. Partner networks and companies keep their own records under their own policies.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to ask for it to be deleted, write to hello@waterdamageappleton.net with the phone number you called from or the email address you used. We will reply within 30 days. To stop a company from contacting you, tell that company directly as well, since it holds its own copy.

Children

This site is for adults who own or manage a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
